One-to-one fitness and lifestyle coaching can be provided at a time and place that suits you - at your home, your office, the local park or even online.

 

I will use a holistic approach to help you to address your health and wellbeing needs.  Creating a bespoke programme to find a synergy between your mind, body and soul you will become physically healthy and mentally strong.  

I will be your cheerleader and when you want to skip your training session or bail on the health foods I will give you the extra push you need to make sure you stay on track.

Your programme will be based on my five pillars for optimal health:​

  • Mind and Body Connection

  • Movement/Exercise

  • Healthy Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Managing Stress/Anxiety

Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching Fees:

12 weeks 1-2-1 coaching ~ 

1 x 60 minutes session per week £450.00 per person

2 x 60 minutes sessions per week £840.00 per person

Please note for programmes that include hypnotherapy additional charges will apply.
