Are you fed up of yo-yo dieting or losing weight only to put it all back on again?  Do you find that no matter how good your intentions, you always seem to sabotage your healthy eating and fitness plans, lose motivation and end up back in your bad habits?

This 12 week weight loss programme will guide you through your lifestyle transformation, combining exercise, nutrition advice, hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques to help you to achieve your weight loss and well-being goals.


Fitness and hypnotherapy together with nutritional advice and meal planning will also help boost your confidence, increase your mood and help you to sleep better.  Giving you more energy for your daily activities and reduce the risk of major illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and strokes. 

We meet once per week during which part of the session will be dedicated to exercise and part of the session will involve hypnotherapy to change your old thoughts, habits and routines and transform your lifestyle behaviours forever.

The first session will involve a health and fitness assessment to give you a benchmark from which to measure your progress throughout the course.  You will also be introduced to hypnosis and receive the first daily activities of your weight loss journey.

This is followed by 11 weeks of:

  • 45 minutes exercise session; followed by

  • 45 minutes hypnotherapy session - what is hypnotherapy?

  • Tasks to complete outside of the weekly sessions

  • Home fitness programme and meal plans

  • A private Facebook group to share experiences and ideas.
